The 505 Building is a $7.5M mixed-use project in the heart of downtown Fremont, Nebraska.  It involves the main floor and basement for two separate commercial users.  The architect Alley Poyner put together the plans for the 28 luxury apartment units. The units have all new energy star rated appliances and windows with smart home features such as nest thermostats helping reduce resident utility costs. There will be on-street parking and the City of Fremont owns a parking garage across the street that residents will be able to utilize. This development opened in October of 2022.
