The Ford Building, Omaha, NE

Mixed-use, Role: Developer

The Ford Building was commercial development in 2009 of both Office and Retail space in downtown Omaha. The 11,800 Square Feet was modeled around an open workspace utilizing a collaborative work environment.  The project cost just over $1M to develop. The space was originally broken into 8 retail suites, 4 office suites and 16 open workspaces. It was a tremendous success and led to the Rail and Commerce Development in 2015.
