The Historic Dana Lofts in Blair, NE is a 61-unit LIHTC and HTC project that opened its doors in the spring of 2024. Focused on a multi-generational community for college-age individuals aging out of foster care and seniors aging into a simpler lifestyle, the Lofts at Dana Village opened its doors in Spring of 2024.
