The Plattsmouth Historic Highschool is 41-unit LIHTC and HTC project.  This $9M project provides much needed housing for the Plattsmouth community while saving a historic landmark.  The development reached final Certificate of Occupancy and over 90 percent occupancy by March of 2024.
