In 2011, the building underwent a $4.3 million dollar renovation that qualified for historic tax credits. Formerly known as the Hillcrest Building and the Piano Building, this historic building has become a landmark in the historic neighborhood of Dundee. It provides a home for over 18 small businesses and has become a center of commerce for the historic neighborhood in Omaha.
