Waterstone at Jenks is 264 units of 1, 2, & 3 bedroom units of workforce housing. This site was on 19 acres with multiple wetlands areas that consisted of 12 separate buildings plus a clubhouse. The total project cost was $32 million which was financed with HUD 221(d)4 loan program in 2008.
