Westshore Palms is 216 units of 1, 2, & 3 bedroom units of workforce housing. This site was on 12 acres with multiple wetlands areas that consisted of 9 separate buildings plus a clubhouse. The total project cost was $26 million that was financed with HUD 221(d)4 loan program in 2007.
